I want to create a specific number of for loops each in another loop, as in example:

for(i=0;i<9;i++)
{
for(j=0;j<9;j++)
{
for(k=0;k<9;k++)
{
//some stuff
}
}
}

In this example there are 3 loops, but what if i want to create e.g. 10 such loops, and program reads a number of loops from a txt? It is needed for checking numbers.

Say I want to exhaust all the possible combinations of 10 variables to find all the solutions to an equation with 10 variables.

I could write out 10 'for' loops, but it would take a lot of space in the code and of course would take a lot of time. Another reason why I want to know this is because it could possible allow me to change the amount of for loops just by changing a number.

I.e., how can I contract the following code into a simple, short form?

now i have to update the above code, with a single loop ie. when n==null or n!=null do the loop 1

how can i update.?

can i do like this

I just cannot understand why (clearly, we are calling <0, 0>, not <0, 8>). If I replace "N" with 8, it works as expected (at least for the beginning of the loop). I only tested on MSVC.

I'm using an animation program. In this program I've simulated a particle system. The particles are flying around at different and varying speeds. I've attached birds to the particles and I want to be able to control each bird's flapping animation based on its velocity; so birds moving faster will be flapping faster.

Initially, the bird's flapping animation is controlled by a parameter that goes from 0 to 100%. So not only do I need to drive the speed at which the animation goes from 0 to 100%, I need to set it on a loop so once it reaches 100%, it loops back to 0%. I'm extremely new to code so I don't think it would be wise for me to even provide a jumping off point, not that I could.

I'm trying to make a percentage counter inside a loop, printing each completed percent of the loop as it goes. I've managed to write such code, but when I run it the percentage output breaks down (becomes negative!) for large loops. I have an example below.

In my calculator, I am trying to make it so that you put enter 1 to add, 2 to subtract, 3 to multiply, and 4 to divide. I am facing the issue of making it so that you must enter a number, however instead of it being any number, it must be 1, 2, 3, or 4, and if it is not any of those numbers, you must re-enter the number. I have a string - a whole sentence that I want to assign a number to each letter, space, comma and period etc. So all "A's" will have the same number, all "B's" will have another number etc. I don't want to use the ASCII numbers because they all need to be sequential and some of the punctuation isn't. I have put the string into a char array to separate each character out and was thinking about running it through a loop with if statements for each letter and assigning numbers there and then saving the numbers in the order they appear into a list as a string but I keep coming up with errors so I don't know how to do it or if there is a better way to accomplish what I'm trying to do.

I'm trying to determine the number of times I have to change each specific character in a string to make it a palindrome. You can only change a character one at a time from the end.

Example: "abc" -> "abb" -> "aba" should print 2. "aba" will print 0 because it's already a palindrome. "abcd" -> "abcc" -> "abcb" -> "abca" -> "abba" will print 4 because it took 4 changes to make a palindrome.

I'm not too sure how to approach this - I figured out the case where if it's a palindrome (if reversed string is the same) then it'll print out a 0.

Create 2 programs with the names encrypt and decrypt that will encrypt and decrypt files respectively.The encryption and decryption will be done through a command line of DOS and the program should be as follows: encrypt file1 file2 key and decrypt file1 file2 key

Where:
file1 is the source file
file2 is the destination file
key is the word with which we encrypt/decrypt file1

So when the user executes the command encrypt f1 f2 sunnyday the program will create a file with the name f2 which will have the contents of f1 encrypted with the key sunnyday.When the user executes the command decrypt f1 f2 sunnyday the program will create a file with the name f2 which will have the contents of f1 decrypted with the key sunnyday.

If the user gives a wrong key the program will continue to decrypt file1 but since the key is wrong the results will be unexpected.Finally the program must print the corresponding error messages in case of errors for example (There is no file 1).The program is expected to work corectly with not only plain text files but executable (exe) files etc.Also The program must be fully commented.

Note: The way the encryption will work is yours to choose but it is recommended that you encrypt every letter of the file with every letter of the key with the (start to finish and begin) technique meaning that if the key has 8 letters then the first leeter of the file will be encrypted with the first letter of the key, the second letter of the file with the second of the key, ..., the ninth letter of the source file with the first letter of the key, the tenth letter of the source file with the second letter of the key etc.
