Visual C++ :: Vector To Matrix MATLAB

Jul 2, 2013

i have 12 vectors of size 1*150 (1 row 150 columns)

i want to merge all these 12 vectors to a matrix of size 12 *150 (12 row 150 columns)

all vectors are of same size 1* 150 andAll of them have to join into a matrix of size 12* 150

say vectors are (A1 A2 ... A12) TO a single matrix A(size 2 * 150) I AM USING MATLAB

Why is it reading in nothing for the arrays, and also making the size of the total thing the total number of numbers? It should have a size of 2, not 5.

q0 = squeeze(Euler.q0(:,k,:)/>/>);
nx = Euler.nx(:,k);% normal vector
J = Euler.J(1,k);

C# :: How To Use Code Or Generate DLL In Matlab

I want to use this code in Matlab. I found out from this page that I can load the C# classes or codes into Matlab.

C++ :: Error When Translating Function From Matlab To C

Jul 1, 2013

I have en error translating a function from Matlab to C/C++ :

Code:
radius(floor(rows/2+1),floor(cols/2+1)) = 1;
% Get rid of the 0 radius value at the 0
% frequency point (now at top-left corner)
% so that taking the log of the radius will
% not cause trouble.

What I did is:

Code: radius[rows/2][cols/2]=1;

I m sure it s there the problem, because before this line I can print what I want and I can see it at run-time, but after this line I can not print nothing and the work is like blocked. Do you know the error?

Visual C++ :: Saving Matrix To UTF-8 File

Sep 15, 2012

I have written code that saves a matrix to a utf-8 file. This code works just fine when invoked from a win32 console app, but if I attempt to use the exact same code by invoking it within a SDI Doc/View Serialize(CArchive& ar), if(ar.IsStoring), it fails, but in a somewhat unusual manner. Namely, the file shows up in the designated directory, but it is an empty file (0 bytes), and the 'Unable to open file' message is seen in Debug config. Note that both the win32 console app and the SDI app are both using a Unicode character set, however, only the SDI app uses the method inside a Serialize(CArchive& ar) method, whereas the win32 console app evokes the save method directly from within _tmain. Why this seemingly illogical disparity occurs.

Here's the template code I have used in innumerable applications to save matrices to a disk file.

Code:
namespace TNT {
// saves a TNT double matrix, discriminating between real and complex matrices by virtue of the respective file markers, 'MATCALC94R' and 'MATCALC94C'.
template <class T>
void SaveRealBMatrix(const Matrix<T> &M, string sfilename) {
_RPT0(0, "SaveRealBMatrix:
");
_RPT1(0, "sfilename =: |%s|

[Code] ....

Here's the code from the SDI document Serialize(CArchive& ar) that fails as described above. Note that m_M is a class member TNT::Matrix<double> m_M that has been verified to exist in the Serialize method.

Code:
void CMyWndDoc::Serialize(CArchive& ar) {
if (ar.IsStoring()) {
CString csFileName = ar.m_strFileName;
wstring ws = csFileName.GetBuffer(0);
string s(ws.begin(), ws.end());

Visual C++ :: Creating Matrix / Map For Topological Sort?

May 10, 2014

I am trying to simulate the logical circuits having NAND gates. I am reading the structure from .bench file. The structure of a circuit looks like below:

Code:
INPUT(1)
INPUT(2)
INPUT(3)
INPUT(6)
INPUT(7)
10 = NAND(1, 3)
11 = NAND(3, 6)
16 = NAND(2, 11)
19 = NAND(11, 7)
22 = NAND(10, 16)
23 = NAND(16, 19)

It can be seen that the inputs for Gate 22 are 10 and 16 which are also NAND gates. On the other hand, for gate 10, the inputs are 1 and 3 which are simple inputs. So, i need to sort the gates topologically. Although topological sort will not affect the output for this particular example but i have big circuits also in which topological sort is required. But we can use this simple example to do the topological sort.

My effort:I thought to create a map which will keep the information about the gate name and its indegree. But i am unable to proceed further.

Code:
void Circuit::topologicalSort()//topological sorting (for the mixed circuits) {
int counter = 0;
std::map<string, int> unsortTopoList; //this list keeps a track of gate name and its Indegree
for(int i=0; i<gates.size(); i++) {

for(size_t i=0;i<A.size1();++i)
for(size_t j=0;j<A.size2();++j)

for(size_t i=0;i<B.size1();++i)
    for(size_t j=0;j<B.size2();++j)
        B(i,j)=i*B.size2()+j+5;
ublas::matrix_range<ublas::matrix<int> > a(A,ublas::range(0,2),ublas::range(0,5));
a=B;

and it works.

but if the matrix is compressed_matrix type, there's something with it. the error log as below:

Check failed in file boost_1_48_0/boost/numeric/ublas/detail/matrix_assign.hpp at line 1078:

I'm not sure this is a bug or not.

For example if I put it:

"Howdy howdy whoop Whoop" - it only outputs that it counted 3 words

now if I were to do:

"Hello Howdy howdy whoop Whoop" - it would count 4.

Code:

#include "std_lib_facilities_4.h"
int main(){
cout << "Please enter desired words, when you have entered all words, please type CTRL+d (EOF Command)

Visual C++ :: Unable To Iterate Over A Vector In Nested For-Loop

Jan 20, 2014

So I have this problem with not being able to iterate over a vector in a nested for-loop. Here's the nested for-loop:

bool innerHit = false;
for (std::vector<Sprite*>::iterator outerIter = sprites.begin(); outerIter != sprites.end() && (!sprites.empty()); outerIter++) {
Sprite* spriteOne = *outerIter;
for (std::vector<Sprite*>::reverse_iterator innerIter = sprites.rbegin(); innerIter != sprites.rend() && (!sprites.empty()); innerIter++) {
Sprite* spriteTwo = *innerIter;

[Code] .....

What happens is, after having called the collisionDestroy-function and the program tries to execute the nest loop in the outer for-loop, it all crashes with the text "Expression: vector iterator not decrementable", which I understand is because the iterator will have already become useless. The question is: know this, how do I fix it? I can't seem to get a hang of it.

Here's the collisionDestroy-function (the collisionReaction does nothing but sets a few local variables):

void Enemy::collisionDestroy(std::vector<Sprite*>& sprites) {
for (std::vector<Sprite*>::iterator iter = sprites.begin(); iter != sprites.end(); iter++) {
Enemy* tmp = dynamic_cast<Enemy*>(*iter);
if (this == tmp && collisionType == 3 || collisionType == 1) {
sprites.erase(iter);
break;
}
}
}

Visual C++ :: Selecting 1 Element From Each Vector Without Duplication Of Any Combination

Jul 15, 2013

I have N vectors which look like this:

[1→m] [m+1→2m] [2m+1→3m] [3m+1→4m] [4m+1→5m]..... [{(N-1)m}+1→Nm]

I want to select 1 element from each vector without duplication of any combinations. Essentially only when all combinations are done with 1st element in first vector ,only then it should move to next element in first vector.

Say i have elements :[123] [456] [789]

my combinations should be like
147
148
149
157
158
159
167
168
169
247....

Also, I cant have any repetitions and only after all combinations of 1 are done only then the loop has to move to next combination ie 247 combination and so on.

I tried NCK (n choose k) command but it gave me random combinations. How should i go about it with using minimal for loops?

N,N'-dimethylethylenediamine.mol

This is the function that opens the file :

Code:
// opens mol file, reads in rows to string vector and returns vector
vector<string> get_mol_file(string& filePath) {
vector<string> mol_file;
string new_mol_line;
// create an input stream and open the mol file

The path to the file is passed as a cpp string and the c version is used to open the file. Do I need to handle this as a special case? It is possible that there could be " as well, parenthesis, etc.
