C++ :: Make The Program Generate A Different Number?

i wanna no if i can make the program generate a different number everytime you guess the number right and want to play again. it always generates the same number
My program asks me to write a C++ program that generates a random number between 1-100, and lets the user guess the number until he/she guesses correctly.
I have every thing done but my loop will not end. I know I have to "update" the loop to end it but I don't know what that means.

So I'm trying to make a program that asks the user for a number and then prints a statement the same number of times the user entered. 3 different statements, using the 3 loops (for, while, and do while). I made the program but for some reason the statement from the do while loop goes off infinitely.
I have to make a program that takes a number input from the user and prints the corresponding fibonacci sequence number. For example, for the input of 3, it should print 2 since the third term in the fibonacci sequence is 2.
I am not sure how to do this so for my attempt, I used the formula found in this website. A Formula for the nth Fibonacci number

So I need to make a program that counts the number of words, lines, and vowels in a program. Punctuation and white spaces are not counted in any of the counts. I have this so far and the words, and lines work and are correct but I can't seem to get the vowel count to work.

By "without ugly hacks" I mean using already existing code that came with GCC. Because the others did not need ugly hacks to perform better (it is all about being fair).To compute the "square root" in x86 one just need 3 instructions:
fild fsqrt fistp
But the compiler is generating a call to a "fsqrt" function and wasting a lot of time by doing this. If not, then why is it taking so long? Is it something wrong in my code (at least the output was verified to be the correct)?
Time taken to get the first 2500000 primes (x86_64):

If it matters, I compiled the C code with this command: gcc -O2 -fno-omit-frame-pointer -fPIC -c ./prime.
I am a very very beginner at programming with C. Well, basically i have to generate a real number between 0 and 1 (which as the same as from 0 to 100 k and than dividing everything with 100 k).
Why I am constantly talking about 100 k? Because I would need approx 50 000 random numbers between 0 and 1. My code currently looks something like this:

And If I am not mistaken, should generate numbers between 0 and 100. But I can't figure it out how to change to code in order to get enough numbers.
I'm trying to write a program that generates a random number between 50 and 200. I made a program that generates random numbers, but how to make those random numbers be in-between 50 and 200. Any example of a program that generates random numbers that are confined in-between certain values?
So I have to generate a random number between 1 and 6 and then store that same random number into an int variable. Eg, if the random number is 4, that must be stored into int i.
I use rand function to generate a number which consists of 3-5 digits(e.134,1435,73463..). I have to write a C++ program that picks a random number between 0 and 49. If the number is even lets say 30, then the computer will display 30, 32, 34, 36... all the way till 100, if its odd lets say 17, then the computer will display 17, 19.. till 99. I've been currently stuck on a C++ problem. Here's the question:
Write a program that generates one hundred random integers between 0 and 9 and displays the count for each number. (Hint: Use rand()
% 10 to generate a random integer between 0 and 9. Use an array of ten integers, say counts, to store the counts for the number of O's, l 's, . .. , 9's.)
I think I'm pretty close, but I keep on getting "0" for the occurrences (or counts) of each random integer.
