I'm working on a Fraction Class assignment where I'm supposed to provide conversion operators to allow Fraction objects to be used in expressions containing float data values. I'm trying to write a program that converts a decimal number to a binary one. I have most of the program written, but I am having a little bit of trouble. Whenever I enter a decimal number, the program will convert it correctly to binary, however, the last number is not included in the conversion. EX: Converting 37 into binary (0100101) yields 010010 when entered into the program. BTW the program must utilize recursion to achieve this goal.

The program is supposed to convert a two digit hexadecimal number to its binary representation. My code runs without any problems but I do not know how to limit the user's input to two digits only. For example the person can input "1ABC" and the program will give the binary representation and I need it to only accept two digit only like for example "1A".

I have a task to hold a number like 4.0000000000000000199e+30 and, in a variable like long double (the largest of the data type) doesn't hold the whole number, holds only 4.099e+30, like that.

Having trouble converting char to hex.

I am using alt to test char output. Why I'm getting a negative value? Which of the tables are correct? I have string of char that I want to print in hex. I get a hex string but the hex value don't correspond to any of the two tables on the websites because the console converts special char to negative values.
I am having problems with converting a CString to an int and than doing checks on the int to see if it is in a particualr range.Below is what I am doing.

For some reason when running the above code the if statement is executed but it should not be becasue 28 is not less than -32,768. Why this is happening, I am not seeing the reason for this at all!! The num variable is being assigned the correct value.

I have to convert my netpay which is a float to a string So if I input a value of say, 356.26 it should output "the sum of three hundred fifty-six and 26/100 dollars" . My program function works for the sum of three hundred but after that it spits out garbage.
