How to make an array which stores the values i'm getting from the users?
For example if i have a function which allows the user to give me values, how can i store them in an array.
Goal: Write a program that compares the values stored in the first array to the user inputted values in the second array.

I had to change my array initialization to one with a star in front of it:

to:
char *a1[]={"a","d","b","b","c","b","a","b","c","d","a","c","d","b","d","c","c","a","d","b"};
I also changed my 2nd array to one with a star in front of it: char *a2[20];
What does this mean exactly? Putting a star in front of an array?
Also, I am now getting an "unhandled exception" when I try to get input for my 2nd array:
cin>>a2[i];
I'm writing a function that stores a number into an array. If the number is greater that the lowest number in the array then it replaces it. The array size is 10. When the number is stored in the array. The lowest number must then be remove.

I made the program but for some reason the statement from the do while loop goes off infinitely.

I am working on a program in C# that should make a user choose a specific path for the program to work.
The path they are choosing is a path for a game and from that selected path I use coding to load pictures from to the program.
Anyhow
I am able to make the user choose a path and save the selected path in a xml file.
But the user can select ANY path.
How could I do to make the user choose a specific path that I want them to choose?

I have two questions about C programming here :
1. Looking at the "old code" ("void searchaccountold()"), I am sure the problem is on the "while" part ("while (myfile >> name >> age >> money)").
It should work, but it doesnt. I am almost sure the problem lies on the ";"... Because the CSV uses cells, and to pass to the second cell I would normaly need an ";" and in my case I have ">>". I have tryed to change them, to use getline, etc... and didnt work.
