I am trying to print ascii characters but problem is If i put a limit in for loop to 255 or more than 126 the output don't stop it keeps on going
I know there is another way to this program but what i want to know this why this happen in this logic....it doesn't happen if a<=125 or less then 125.
I want to setup my MFC-based dialogue "IDD_LOADCELL" with serial communication so that when that dialogue is pop up, the data from PIC (external device) which is in hex file format is display on the edit control box on the dialogue. The variable name of the edit control box is "m_loadP "and "m_loadT1". type of variable for both are string. I want to get the code for the COMPort setting and reading the data from pic and finally display it on the edit control box created on the dialogue.
This is a small program that reads a line from the screen, takes the ASCII values from the entered text, and edits it. Next, the ASCII values are reinterpreted (am i misspelling?) as text, and displayed. However, my final output has (allways?) at least 7 characters, even if you enter only one. I'm also trying to accomplish, that the part of the string which isn't filled, will be printed empty. In spaces.

I am making a program where the user enters numbers into an array and then a number,x. The array is sorted, then x is inserted into the appropriate place. I wrote my selection sort

I am having trouble in reading data from my text file and print it out exactly like how it looks like in the text file. The problem im having is it will not read the last y Coordinates of the point. it keep reading the second last point for y coordinates which is wrong.
my text file is 0.0 0.0 0.0 1.0 1.0 0.0(but it read until here) 0.0 0.0(suppose to read the last point which is here)

I have been trying to read a comma separated .txt file into an array and print it to console in C++. The txt file consists of two columns of double type data. Basically this is what i need to do. Write a program that reads a number from the keyboard, separates it into its individual digits and prints the digits to screen, each on its own line followed by the same number of stars as itself.
For example, if the number is 2339 the program should print
