C++ :: Error In Classic Bank Teller Simulation Program?

Anyhow, I have a program due Wednesday that is along the lines of the classic Bank Teller simulation using Queue's.
Unlike most of these programs, I have to integrate my own Queue, QueueNode, Teller, and Customer classes. I have attached all of these headers below plus the main file.
Now the error: While I'm sure there are other issues with the code, it will not let me create a new customerQueue (of Queue type) object as such:
Queue<Customer> customerQueue;
The error it is giving me is:
no matching constructor for initialization of 'Queue<Customer>'

I have an odd compiling error. My base class is all delcared and read to go. But I could not figure out how to get my sub classes inherit from it. So I had to make everything public. Even inheriting using the protected inheritance thingy, still could not get them to inherit from that base class.
So I compiled the program, and no other class came back with an error. only my base class. Here is the base class:

The error I'm getting is saying:
error C2143: syntax error : missing ';' before 'using'
Where is there anything needing a semicolon before using?
'Bankaccount' : 'class' type redefinition
see declaration of 'Bankaccount'
Is it saying this because I don't have any private class members?
'Bankaccount' : base class undefined
But it is defined.
What is the issue with this class? And how can I get it to compile and run?

I have an assignment to write a program using structures, getting input from a .txt file and output in text file as well. I have written a program that only reads and prints the data. I am trying to test if it works fine or not. I always comment an unnecessary code but still it wont compile. Now whats wrong with this program?

I'm supposed to build a banking simulation program around the BankAcct class, which provides the following service: create new account with unique account number (maximum 5 accounts created in a single test running); deposit/withdraw; print information of all existing account. I was running a test program with only 2 services first, namely creating new account and depositing, but the program just keep on crashing and I couldn't figure out why.

I have a C++/MFC application that displays a count in a window:
The count (text) is displayed via a `CStatic` control. The mechanism is very simple. I call it every 1000 ms and update the text as such:

What happens is that the `CStatic` control updates without any issues on the OS with visual themes enabled, but if I run it on the OS with the Windows Classic theme (for instance, the screenshot above is from Windows 7) the `CStatic` control produces a visible flicker every time it updates the text.
Well, I understand that I'm nitpicking here, still I would really like to get rid of this flicker.
Here's what I tried:
1. In my actual project I tried subclassing the `CStatic` control and removed the processing of `WM_ERASEBACKGROUND` by simply returning 1. That didn't work.
2. In the same subclass for `CStatic` control I tried to override `WM_PAINT`, but that didn't work at all. So I'm not sure if I'm going too far with it at this point.

I'm programming with VS2010, for windows 7. The user likes to use the windows classic theme, and I discovered that BS_MULTILINE style isn't working as I expect. When a button is pressed in the classic theme, it looks like there is a temporary margin added that causes the text to wrap only when the button is pushed. It works fine with any other theme.

I have to write a program to take packets of information destined for certain ports then provide the current message using the packets I've gotten so far. Packets can come out of order, so when asked for the message, packets that haven't arrived yet are skipped and the next packet is appended. After giving the message, I have to delete all the current packets as well as ones that are received late, after the packets that were supposed come after the late packet were already provided in the message.
Data:Up to 1000 ports, numbered 0-64000, and each message can contain up to 1000 packets.

Here is the assignment I get:
Write an email simulator that processes mail at an average of 40 messages per minute. As messages are received, they are placed in a queue.assume that the messages arrive at an average rate of 30 messages per minute.messages must arrive randomly.
Each minute, you can dequeue up to 40 messages and send them. Assume that 25% of the messages in the queue cannot be sent in any processing cycle.use a random number to determine whether a given message can be sent. If it can't be sent, enqueue it.

I'm trying to create program that reads in commands from an input file, and accordingly creates, connects or destroys logic gate primitives (and gates, or gates). Additionally, I'm trying to modify a previous program that I wrote to do this using QThreads, where each gate is placed in its own QThread. I'm trying to avoid using invokemethod, and I'm sure this method can work. My specific issue that I'm having trouble debugging is in my connect code block in main.cpp. Whenever I try to reference a gate specified by the input file that is NOT the true or false gate (I have one of each and they are attached to any gate that needs a true or false input), I get only a NULL reference. This includes attempting to reference the gate in my gatelist QMap. Calling gatelist.value(newCommand.at(1)) causes the program to hang, and the connect statements referencing said gate return errors about connecting a signal or slot of a NULL pointer.

I'm currently working on a simulation of the motion of magnets on a rod. As part of it, there are arrays of the properties of the magnets:
long double *accelerations; // These will later be dynamically allocated depending on the number

However, when I go to compile this, the compiler gives me these error for the pointers:
error: two or more data types in declaration of 'accelerations'
error: two or more data types in declaration of 'velocities'
error: two or more data types in declaration of 'positions'
Apparently, the compiler isn't recognising long double* as a type and is instead reading is as the two types long and double*.
My compiler is MinGW 4.4.3

Interests are compounded; that is, you earn interest on interest. Given a yearly interest rate of say, 6%, you can calculate the total sum available when an initial sum of 4000 pounds is put away for 13 years as follows:

where the caret symbol denotes 'to the power of'. One way to calculate the power is by repeatedly mulitplying. Ie, you can mulitply 1.06 with 1.06 12 times to calculate 1.06^13.
PART 1
Design and implement a function that raises X to the power Y for a real number X and a positive integer Y. The function must use a while loop.
Design and implement a main program that calculates the sum availble when 1000 pounds has been put away for 25 years with 5 percent interest.
Change the while-loop in the function to a for-loop.

'm trying to program a BMI calculator in C for my assignment where the weight must be in KG and an int , and the height must be in m and a double value. The program should allow the user to input his weight(kg) and height(m) separated by a space and be able to calculate and display the BMI. My code is shown below :

Back again with a random bug that I can't seem to track down. My error is in my main.cpp file. I get a C2248 error on line 54, there I'm doing:

I know why, because it's a private member...but it should have access in so far as everything is concerned. I double checked my makeEmpty code and it's good to go so far as I can tell. I can't quite iron out where the disconnect is.

I've almost finished a Terminal/Command Prompt Program that can do most of the things a Microsoft or Linux Terminal can do - but I have a problem. I've got it to open programs fine, and I can also open their browser to the download page if they don't have it, but I need my program to know if there isn't the software so a bit like command prompt where it says 'The system cannot find the file test.txt.' and then it'll take them to the website if they like.
