C++ :: Creating Script That Can Rotate Image Through Some Number Of Degrees

Create a script that lets you rotate an image through some number of degrees(out of a maximum of 360 degrees). The script should let you specify that you want to spin the image continuously. It should let you adjust the spin speed dynamically.
I need to write a program to input 6 temperatures in degrees Fahrenheit and output it in degrees Celsius. I used a for loop but it keeps giving me 0 as the output whenever I enter a temperature...

I'm trying to create a PPM image for a class assignment. A black rectangle with a circle at the point 225, 175 with a radius of 75. I have to use certain specific methods, so I can't use like Bresenham's really famous method for creating a circle.
The problem is that it compiles fine, and transfers to an image fine, but always says that I have a negative or zero image size.
My below code is createing databases(database here is a kd tree) and indexing one image per database. I have two classes LastDatabaseTndexingPolicy and another forwardingDatabaseaccessor.cpp .
I am calling the GetDatabaseToAccess() function from forwardingDatabaseAccessor.cpp class .GetDatabaseToAccess() function is present in LastDatabaseTndexingPolicy class and it returns the database created as a pointer and using that database pointer we call another function which actually indexes the image to the database .
Now my issue is i am not able to have multiple threads act on the following functions as DatabaseAccessor_ptr db which is in the following file is coupled with two functions and however i put locks in the LastDatabaseTndexingPolicy file as below i end up getting synchronization issue ..........
Hence now i am using a single lock in forwardingDatabaseAccessor.cpp and serializing the code,. How can i change my design to parallelize this code .........

DatabaseAccessor_ptr db is something which needs to be synchroinized. I tried createing 256 databases with one image each and when i run this code i ended up creating 175 databses and though i was restricting in code with locks that every database has only one image i ended up having two images in single database ..... ideally i had to get only one image per database but i got two images in few of them hence instead of 256 database this code created 175 or so databases.
I'm trying to find angles A,B,C using law of cosines and I want the answers to be in degrees and the formula to convert the answer to degrees is angle*PI/180. However the answer does not convert to degrees what am I doing wrong?

The code gives me seemingly logical integer values for size, width and height. But how would I find the max color value and so called "magic number" for this PPM image file?
I have a function that rotates a vector 90 degrees. Only problem is, i never get negative values. For some strange reason, no matter what i do, the value of x is positive. And even if the x is negative. Once i put it into direction (struct with 2 values x and y) it turns again to positive. Im using VSC++2013 ultimate. At first direction was SDL_Point, so i thought it was SDL problem, but now it seems its something else.

How would I go about creating a random number generator (or pseduorandom I suppose) with user inputted lower and upper bounds along with a user inputted size of the sequence (so they can select how many random numbers they'd like outputted)?
I am creating a random number generator and have run into a problem with my do while loop. it continually prints one of the lines of output infinitely. what am i missing here?

I am working on an assignment to create a Complex number calculator. In this assignment I am to ask the user for input to the calculator. We are given a sample run output that looks like this.

My question is how would I take from the user: an integer followed by a space followed by another integer and convert that into two seperate accessible int values that I can save as real and imaginary values.
The output I'm getting here just counts every letter in the sentence and counts them as vowels. I'm trying to make the user defined function return the amount of vowels within the sentence.

I'm trying to create a program that allows the user to enter an unknown number of income and expense amounts. The program has to us see a while loop and display the income total, expense total, and total profit or loss. I've got it really close, but I'm doing the loop wrong. It counts the sentinel value (-1) towards the total, instead of just ending like it is supposed to.
