Now, i know the general idea of how its supposed to be done but I just cant get it right. Either my "post" message is wrong all the time or some library is not working properly. Im not even including the code for the application because I have 5 projects, each with different approach and none of them is working.
My user requires that I add function to an already working C server that will send to another host via http post and existing xml file. I have googled and found C# and C++ on how to do this but nothing using C. Where do I start?
I need to create a project that create a automated backup of a file.
i will get the file from C:/Folder/file.exe and move for a other created folder, but.. in every time that user make this backup, a folder will be created with year, month and date, like: C/Folder2/2014/April/16:42/file.exe.
i want to write a c++ program that could pass a web page request, using a php script in a dns server. And also passed by the quested page to the software. What i really want to do is a software that can redirect a page request.
Here is the site that I want to interact Genderchecker
I want to set a value to a specific element in a web site. Perform a click on an element that is image. Get the result <span> text into string variable...
I'm writing a small c++ program which will be able to do a few things with a matrix. I have a class called Matrix and a member function in it called getSor() which returns an integer value about the number of lines in the matrix. When I call this getSor() function the program says: error: request for member ‘getSor’ in ‘matrix’, which is of non-class type ‘Matrix*’
- 'matrix' is an existing Matrix object here - I called the function like this: "cout << matrix.getSor() << endl;"
how do i send post with data to a php page on the net using c++? im using this for a file uploading site for my school group. and also, im planning to pass this as my project. but, i cant find a concrete way on how to send post method with data to a php page. ive been fed up with a lot of answers from the net, yet, each time i try to use them, i get errors. ive tried every library you can see till the third o of google. ive also tried a wrapper from this site, but, ive got no succes. im using dev c++.
I want to know how to respond to a request made by a mobile application (preferably Android) through a desktop software. So for example if there is a button on the mobile app named 'do something and a user clicks it, I want the desktop software to respond to that request and 'do something
So what I was thinking was to upload a file to a server when the button on the app is clicked and add a timer to the desktop software to connect to the server and read the file and respond accordingly.
Is this how it is usually done or am I going about this the wrong way? Im developing the app in C# (Xamarin) and the desktop software in C# as well.
I am trying to create "dummy" drivers for testing purposes of another program of mine.
I want to be able to Call DeviceIoControl and pass a string in as the buffer and then receive that string in the driver, change it and return it. But right now I am not able to receive the string, when i get the buffer and print it out it is garbage. Where am I going wrong?
I have problems relating the HTTP server request line validation into a c++ code, where the request line is defined as follows:
method SP request-target SP HTTP-version CRLF
and the server supports absolute-path [ "?" query ]
At the same time absolute-path must start with / and might optionally be followed by a ? followed by a query, which may not contain ".
Basically, method must be GET, request-line must begin with / , request-target cannot contain " ,HTTP version must be 1.1 (HTTP/1.1), and the absolute-path must contain the character .
I want to write a little c++ program that sends a request to a server an get some data. I found the C++ Rest-SDK and decided to use it. I searched on different websites for code-examples but many of them doesn't work an shows syntax errors. What i got now is that code but the client.request method is skipped. The program never jumps in.
Ok, so the assignment is to use a recursive function to display a request for a certain position in the Fibonacci Sequence (0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13...)
The program I have written works, but it displays the wrong number in sequence. The book says that when you enter "8" you should receive "13", which is correct in the order of the sequence, though my program is producing "21" which is the next number in the sequence.
I tested it with a few more numbers and when I enter "7" it produces "13" and when I enter "6" it produces "8" and so on.
Code: //Cameron Taylor #include <stdio.h> int main(){
I'm working on a project that's got a lot of moving parts, from feedback from a position sensor to real-time video editing. The script that runs the sensor is in C++, and the API for the video editing software (vMIX) is executed with HTTP protocol. I'm hoping to use that C++ script to control the video software (as some of the editing is dependent on particular feedback from the sensor), and wanted to see how to execute a HTTP command from a C++ script.
All done! Do some stuff now. So what I want to try is get 3 things in this response and put them to string vector but how to do this. What I need is to parse the response and the 200 OK, 28 and All done! Do some stuff now. then put them to string vector.
expected result
response[0] = 200 OK; response[1] = 28 response[2] = All done! Do some stuff now
I am new to SOAP and i have already done message based communication in WindowsFromApplication where both can send and receive SoapEnvalope using TCP.
But Now i am facing a problem where one Side is in WindowsFormApplication and other is in ASP.NET and i want to communicate in save way. (creating a Listeners on both application and send envelops) here is my code, i have confusions that how to make a receiver and secondly should i add a web service (asmx) in my asp.net project or not? and i want to communicate using HTTP
here is my code.
SoapEnvalopeReceiver receiver = new SoapEnvalopeReceiver(); receiver.throwEnvalopeEvent += receiver_throwEnvalopeEvent; Uri listeningURL = new Uri(textBoxReceiveAt.Text); EndpointReference erpReceive = new EndpointReference(listeningURL); SoapReceivers.Add(erpReceive, receiver); labelStatus.Text = "Connected"; labelStatus.Visible = true;
or I don't know how can make Asp.net application a listener and form Application too .....
I am testing HTTP Headers and I have an strange problem. When I get the response of the server, it is the correct one the first time. If I use a for loop to send more than one request and get more than one response, this response seems to be overlapped with the previous ones. To a better explanation of the problem I attach the code I am using and the output generated:
TCPSocket.h ----------- #ifndef _TCPSOCKET_H_ #define _TCPSOCKET_H_ class TCPSocket { private: int localSocket;
[Code] .....
So, a bigger loop, a bigger the response of the server. However, I know the response of the server is always the same.
This is stored in a malloc'ed char *. To add the binary data I'm using fread: fread(request + strlen(request), 1, size, fp)
I then write 'total' bits via connfd:
write(connfd, request, total) where total = strlen(headerRequest) + size + 3 (for ending ).
The writing seems to be okay however the image doesn't load and the browser still seems to be waiting for data.
If I added "Connection: close" to the header and closed connfd myself the page loads fine. Obviously, for efficiency purposes, I'd rather only close connfd once read() returns 0.
I have code for sending/receiving TCP traffic over C socket. Now I want to add HTTP protocol to it. After searching the web, one method I found which is by GET method to send a query to a server like google.com and request a page.
But, suppose I saved a HTML page in my directory how can I send HTTP packet via client/server in socket using this HTML page.
I am stress testing my webservers and I need to code or port a C++ HTTP GET flood onto this C++ bot sourcecode. I believe I will need GetTickCount so I can specify the duration of the flood as well. I already have the C++ HTTP Flood .cpp and .h files but have no clue how to put it together onto this source. This will be easier to do over Teamviewer as I'm already using C++ 6.0 and have been with no issues.
The Objective Of This Program Is To Create A File To Write Text And Read Back The File Content. To Do That I Have Made Two Function writeFile() To Write And readFile() To Read.The readFile() function works just fine but writeFile() doesn't.
How writeFile() function Works? when writeFile() function Execute It Takes Characters User Type And When Hit Enter(ASC|| 10) It Ask "More?(Y/N)" That Means What User Want? Want To Go Next Line Or End Input?
If "Y" Than Inputs Are Taken From Next Line Else Input Ends.
But The Problem Is When Program Encounters ch==10 It Shows "More?(Y/N)" And Takes Input In cmd variable.If cmd=='Y' I Mean More From Next Line Than It Should Execute Scanf Again To Take ch I Mean User Input.But Its Not!!! Its Always Showing "More?(Y/N)" Again And Again Like A Loop.
Code: #include <stdio.h> void writeFile(void); void readFile(void); int main(){
I am interested in creating a file of a given size and then randomly accessing the file to populate it. Is there a way to quickly create, for instance, a 4 GByte file in C++, initially populated with garbage?
