Visual C++ :: Unable To Append Data To CFile Using FILE

I'm trying to append data to a CFile using FILE* But when execute the application, it always give error saying "No such file or directory". I can actually see the file created but it just keep giving error "No such file or directory".
Is the file being lock or the file just created so it can not be find by fstream(FILE*)? or the file mode is wrong?

Attached is the printscreen of the FILE* pointer. the pointer is evaluated as bad pointer. Why the FILE* pointer not able point to the file being created?

I was recently introduced to the fstream header file. I want to know is their a easy way to print an output with append data in a .txt file.
And secondly I am also having an error with my header file. It says error: cannot open source file "fstring" when I hover my mouse over "#Include<fstring>".

I have a program that stores health information the user inputs, one person at a time. The program works perfectly with the exception of storing the data...I need to open a file and read what health data it has in it already, if any, but store the new changes, and appended data to the array of structures, to the data in memory. All of the information is only saved back in the file once the program terminates. I'm not sure how to go about doing this, so I am also not sure what to put in the function for "Save and Exit" that the user can choose in order to exit the program.

I am having trouble in reading data from my text file and print it out exactly like how it looks like in the text file. The problem im having is it will not read the last y Coordinates of the point. it keep reading the second last point for y coordinates which is wrong.
my text file is
0.0 0.0
0.0 1.0
1.0 0.0(but it read until here)
0.0 0.0(suppose to read the last point which is here)
For your information, this is my 1st year degree assignment in C programming. It is to create a program which can read text file (manually create) and print it out in a program and calculate the area for the polygon using ADT function ( .c and .h files)

Basically this accepts a Polygon and a file pointer as parameters. It reads the polygon point data from the file, pass the read data to plg_new() to create a new Polygon and returns the new Polygon created.

I am new to C++ and I am having an issue reading in a 2 Dimensional array from a data file. I am very close to reading it in perfectly except for one issue, the loop is ignoring the first value from the data file.
This is the code I have so far:

Every array location is moved up one, like the program just completely ignored the 300 at the beginning.

I'm having issues trying to input data from a .txt file into my array program. The whole program takes the name, # of goals and assists, adds them together to get points, and then puts in a given + or - rating. The program works except for the data input.
Also, this is an alphabetical "Unsorted" list, but is there a way to order the list based on point value and be able to display that as well as a separate "Ordered" list?

I am trying to understand how to append some code to a text file. I have run a simple program like the one below. Basically it opens a text file and then it appends the string aaaaaaaaaa

How do I go about doing this? The problem I am experiencing is that all the / and " characters in the above snippet of code seems to get the C compiler confused. I'm reading from a file the middle column of data (Volts) where my test file "AP.txt" is opened by my program. Here is a segment of the data:

Since the calculation I performed gives me -71.77 Volts, I need to match this value to the time that this occurs closest to using my program, and output the time that this occurs at.

I have these two pointers and I want to copy pointer1 data to pointer2. I tried to use memcpy and it did what I wanted but when I accessed pointer2 outside of the method that I did The memcpy in it didn't contain pointer1 data. Below is code similar to the code that I used:

I'm trying to send some binary data, such as an animated gif, via an HTTP response for a simple web server.
I am having issues having the browser close the connection after receipt of the data.
I create the header such as:
"HTTP/1.1 200 OK
Content-Length: <file size>
Content-Type: <file type>
<binary data>"
This is stored in a malloc'ed char *. To add the binary data I'm using fread: fread(request + strlen(request), 1, size, fp)
I then write 'total' bits via connfd:
write(connfd, request, total)
where total = strlen(headerRequest) + size + 3 (for ending
).
The writing seems to be okay however the image doesn't load and the browser still seems to be waiting for data.
If I added "Connection: close" to the header and closed connfd myself the page loads fine. Obviously, for efficiency purposes, I'd rather only close connfd once read() returns 0.
The header creation code is below:

I am trying to make an add-on to IE. This add-on doesn't have any tool bar or any UI.
I am just taking the details of currently loaded HTML page. Basically it is for manipulating one dialog box. I want to get access to the DOM COM interfaces of the dialog box.
Since it doesn't have any button I didn't impliment IOleCommandTarget. I implemented only IObjectWithSIte.

I have some trouble with DLL. I created a dll with function
double square(const double * args)
and then in my application defines
typedef double (*MyFunct)(const double *args);
I use LoadLibrary and GetProcAddress to get the function address and cast it to MyFunct. Everything works fine except that when I pass a double *, for example 0x08800350, to the DLL function, the argument becomes totally something else, for example, 0x0aa00460.
I have no clue what happens to the argument value.

I am having a strange problem trying to display a dialog from a UI thread. The dialog simply fails to display. I have a function DisplayFlashBox(), which creates the UI thread:

So I have this problem with not being able to iterate over a vector in a nested for-loop. Here's the nested for-loop:

What happens is, after having called the collisionDestroy-function and the program tries to execute the nest loop in the outer for-loop, it all crashes with the text "Expression: vector iterator not decrementable", which I understand is because the iterator will have already become useless. The question is: know this, how do I fix it? I can't seem to get a hang of it.
Here's the collisionDestroy-function (the collisionReaction does nothing but sets a few local variables):
