C++ :: File Input And Output - Creating Graph Plotting Points

So I am trying to create a program that reads a series of files and creates a graph plotting points from the file. So far my code looks a little something like this -

However when I run the program nothing happens. I think it has to do with the way I set up my files, which looks a little something like this-
The first thirteen numbers are the x values of the points, and the last thirteen are the y values of the points. Is there any other way to have my program read the file and display the given points?? I would use getline() however that would make my point into a string, and I dont really know how to convert a string to a double before putting the variable into a point.
I am working on a computer program where I need to generate points on a circle. I am familiar with this kind of algorithm:
for(d=0; d<=2*pi; d+=0.01) { x = cos(d)*radius; y = sin(d)*radius; }
However, due to the specifics of the program I am writing, I need to iterate through a fixed number of points one at a time, like so:
for ( int x = 0; x < blockSize; x++ ) { y = ??? }
This essentially "fixes" one axis of the circle, since I can't do: x=rx+sin(d)*r.
I have tried simply: "y = sin(d)*radius;" and I get a curved shape, but it's not a circle.
My question then is, how do I get the value of y in this situation, where the x axis is incrementing by 1 through a range of values? Is it mathematically possible?
I would like a to plot a 3d graph that connects with lines some points in 3d space.
I have tried with qwt3d but the problem is that I cannot add labels to the points. Furthermore i didnt achieve to find a good guide for qwt3d and there are very few qwt3d examples on the web. library for C++ plotting that has those options(3d plot with adding labels in every point (node) option)?
I'm new to program breadth first search and for my assignment we have to implement a breadth first search graph and output the order of the traversal. I have written a C++ program I have multiple of CSV file used as input, which I open one at a time and close it after extracting data to a output file which is the only file.
I run getline(inFile,line); outFile << line << endl;
I run this code, and only part of it is goes to the output file I got, also have spacing randomly to specific file and inconsistent
But when I slower the code, like system("Pause") in the loop, I can get extract what I want perfectly....
Is my program running to fast, why getline would be skipping part of what things I want?

Then return an output file with the students name and their letter grade A,B,C,D,F based on their computed score. In addition, on screen it needs to display the average scores for each Q1, Q2, etc. as well as the minimum and maximum for each test on the screen. I am having a hard time in assigning the scores to a variable so that they can then be computed as an average and then used to determine a letter grade. I have begun to write the code and am a bit stuck..here's what I have so far:

The problem I'm having now is how to go about passing the grades to the function computeGrade and then compute the average and return that to the function.
how do i decompress an input file and write the results into an output file?
also my do while loop is supposed to keep going unless the user selects the option to exit the program, instead it exits after finishing ay of the options.
I have a program where I will read in a certain .txt file, such as "financial_data.txt" and I will be doing some sorting with this data.
I want my program to write out the sorted data to an output file and I want the name of the output file to be based off of the input name. For example, since my input file is "financial_data.txt", I want the output file name to be "financial_data_out.txt".
I am having a hard time finding examples online and in my reference manuals...
I have written this code to remove the comments from an input file and then put it into an output file. The program compiles and runs but it removes the whole line of code when it encounters a /* */ type comment. I believe the problem is in the while loop but I just don't know where.

But in the errrored file the fields are not coming as in accordance with the reader xml . They are coming randomly . In the module for reading and writing the errored file list is being used . How to structure the input of one .dat file and outputting into another one. I have to loop through a file structured "doe, john, 1500", check for errors and then increase the mp by 50. You also have to do this through using a person class too. I think I need to use a while loop to go to eof and use getline to input correctly, but im not sure how to structure it.

Why my output screen for this program does not want to stay open. It only opens for a split of a second and it's gone. The program is supposed to take numbers from a input file and display and save the manipulation in the output file. Here is the program.
I am currently confused on how to get the highest and lowest number from a list of 7 numbers for a File Output. Lets say i have 165 19 654 816 654 987 324. How would i get the 987 for the highest and the 19 as the lowest? Those numbers are not fixed numbers, i need to be able to input any combination of numbers and still be able to get the highest and lowest numbers from the list of 7 numbers.
I have program that is supposed to read in a story from an input file and separate the words and output the lines on which the word occurs. It needs to read in another input file that has a list of words (1 per line) to ignore. i.e. skip them when running through the story. This is what I have so far, I've changed multiple things trying to get it running....
Any application or open source software (vc++ or vb.net or c#.net) that can display a high resolution map and i can input real time latitude and longitude of points through an external file and those points can be displayed on map in real time..... I am all new to this plotting on map stuff....
Is not the first time I upload this program i know, but the problem now is that i try to export files, because i need to create an excel graph. But when I try to run it, I don't have any result, no file and no result of the program.

The first row has two values - number of nodes (24) and number of links (76). Then it has all the link details (76 rows of data). I want to read this data. I have written out the following function:

The code is able to read the first line of data (i.e. it displays the numNodes and numArcs as 24 and 76). But then I get a lot of errors like this one
I am trying to simplify my code by creating a function which takes an input then checks whether it is "y" or "n" then outputs either 1 or 0 depending on the input. So far this is what I have

And I call it in the program using

It compiles fine but displays some bizarre behaviour, I need to end the line twice in order for the program to continue and sometimes it just stops working (doesn't exit just appears to be stuck in a loop).
In class we were asked to create a C++ BTree program that would allow a user to input the following data types and then store said data in a .txt file:
0. ID 8 bytes
1. First name 30 char
2. Last Name 30 char
3. Street Address one 30 char
4. Street Adress two 30 char
5. City 30 char
6. State 20 char
7. Zip 10 char

(I'm not particularly asking for full code, pseudo code would also be great). I had a great deal of my work done, unfortunately, the computer I was working on crashed, corrupting my files.
I wrote this program to create a list of medical resources and their attributes, a task I have been performing repeatedly lately. I'm still fairly new to C++, so I thought to create a structure "Resource", and then an array of those structures "city[300]". My problem is that the input doesn't seem to be happening: the program runs, but when it prints to screen/writes to the file at the end, all the shows is:

for every resource that was input. All the fields are blank.
