C++ :: Tile Map (unknown Reason For Unresolved External Symbols)

So I tried to make a tile map function to display my map as tiles. I keep getting unresolved external symbol errors, I've included the header file, and used every declaration in it, but to be completely honest this is mostly just a try to see if I could do it, and so far I'm failing. So if you can see why I'm getting the error.

My program will not run because of error LNK2028 "unresolved token" and error LNK2019 "unresolved external signal" and I do not know why. I'm doing a homework assignment where I have to calculate monthly interest from a starting balance. I've pulled several sections of the code from various parts of the book. So my problem may be that I'm not combining them correctly.
I'm getting the following error:

I'm trying to implement this queue class, and I don't know why it won't compile. I wrote a main function in the main.cpp file and even commented out the calls to functions add and removed and still gave me the fatal error.

So even though I have so many issues with linking libraries, I apparently became the go-to person for a fellow college friend of mine for a sql library. He's using the mysql connector/c++ and his team has had quite a few issues getting it set up. I've solved two out of three issues:
1st issue I solved was that they didn't know how to build boost, I just linked it and they were good to go.
2nd issue I solved was that they were missing libmysql.lib, I just installed the mysql server onto their computer and linked that up. 3rd issue is where I am now stumped at, as they get a compile error: LNK2001 unresolved external symbol: _get_driver_instance().

The project builds on Win32 platform, but not on x64.
Full error message: dllentry.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol "class CFactoryTemplate * g_Templates" (?g_Templates@@3PAVCFactoryTemplate@@A)
The dllentry.cpp (a DirectShow base class) compiles on both platforms. It contains the external declarations:

extern int g_cTemplates;
g_Templates[] is then used in two functions:

__in REFIID riid, __deref_out void **pv)

myClass.cpp contains the definitions for the two externals in dllentry.cpp, at top level, just after the includes:

myClass.cpp also compiles by itself, but the project does not build. I checked all the libraries in the project settings and all seems to be OK, the 64 bit versions are used.
What should I do to make the project build for x64 platform?

So I'm making setTimeout and setInterval functions.
I have this remember function (that is part of Timing class) which takes a function pointer and a void pointer, which are remembered in that object.
Another (timing) function of that object is called in every loop of the program and when specific time passes that function calls the remembered function whit the remembered void pointer as argument.
The problem is that the functions that need to be called require unknown multiple parameters, so what I need to do is make a new class that will store the needed arguments. I make the function that needs to be called and that storage object and pass pointers to them to my remember function, when the remembered function is called it stores the data from storage object in new variables and dose it's thing.

I need to make program which converts text (letters and digits only) into 7-digit ascii code. The start and end code is "1100011", so it must not appear inside the output code, thus a zero should be added in it (11000011).
Not that it matters much what my task is - I have a problem. Here's the code:

The 'pk' string loses its value here when I enter a character in the input and I cant figure out why... I got that the problem is somewhere in the first if loop, since the code prints pk nicely when cout is before the loop (comment 1)..however, after the loop (comment 2) it prints nothing..... When compiled, it works nice when I input numbers, but 1 character - and 'pk' disappears...

how to replace tiles within a map. My map data is in a .map file and I'm wondering how I can manipulate it to change the tiles.For example, If i kill an enemy, I would want his sprite to go away. I need to know how to do this. I also need to know how to have collisions work. At the moment I have a system where it checks if the tile in a certain direction (based on whatever arrow-key I press) is a certain tile by using its variable name TILE_TILENAME. I'm likely not doing this right, as collisions do not work, but the game still runs fine.

Im supose to use <>bool removeTile(char, int, int, char[])<> to do this "function that takes in the choice (D or S) and the two dice numbers and the board as input arguments. When the move is legal and the tile is available for removal, it removes the tile according to the choice by marking the tile as ‘X’. Returns true if the move is successful."

I'm still working on my Project and the next Problem has occured: How do I detect collisions on a tilebased map? My tiles are 16x16 and the map is based on the tutorial of [URL] ..... I really like this Approach because I can define for each tile of what type it should be (so a earth tile can be walkable and lead to a secret passage).
The first Number stands for what Kind of tile it should be (e.g. Grass, Earth, Water, Blank,...) and the number after ":" stands for the type of the tile (e.g. solid, walkable, do dmg to the Player,...).
e.g.
0:0 0:0 0:0 0:0 0:0 //No tile and walkable
0:0 0:0 0:0 0:0 0:0
0:0 0:0 0:0 0:0 0:0
1:1 1:1 1:1 1:1 1:1 //Grass tile and solid

It's working just fine with loading the Images, but i've got no clue about the collision. I've already read a lot of stuff on the Internet but I don't get how to Combine it the structure from above. For example lazyfoo describes the collision with one object like one wall. So how can I check the Player Position with each tile?
For now there's no camera, but I plan to implement one later...
